User Agreement

1. Scope

This Agreement covers the live.ai iOS app and related online services. Together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, it forms the complete agreement between you and us. Where conflicts exist, this Agreement prevails.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old, or use the App under guardian supervision.
• Registration is via Sign in with Apple; your account identifier is derived from your Apple ID.
• You must keep your registration information truthful. If you use Apple's private relay email, keep it operational to receive notifications and recovery messages.
• Bots, scripts, bulk registration, or use of another person's Apple ID are prohibited.

3. Account Security

• Safeguard your Apple ID and device unlock credentials.
• You bear losses caused by your own credential leak or unauthorized use. If you suspect compromise, revoke live.ai's Sign in with Apple authorization in Apple ID settings and contact us to freeze the account.
• We may freeze or close accounts that have been inactive for 24 months, that breach this Agreement or the Terms, or that the competent authorities require us to act on.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Upload, generate, or distribute content that violates Chinese law or threatens national security / ethnic unity;
2. Generate content involving terror, extreme violence, pornography, or material harmful to minors;
3. Generate identifiable likenesses, voices, or names of others (including public figures) without authorization, or use outputs for fraud, forgery, blackmail or other illegal acts;
4. Infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other lawful rights;
5. Attack, harass, stalk, or defame other users or third parties;
6. Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or distill models from the Service;
7. Circumvent paid features, forge receipts, or abuse the refund process;
8. Engage in scraping, load testing, scanning, or any activity disrupting the Service;
9. Engage in any other conduct prohibited by law, public morality, or this Agreement.

5. License of Your Inputs

• You represent that you own or are properly licensed for any image you upload.
• You grant us and our AI video providers a royalty-free, non-exclusive, China-territory license to process your inputs solely as necessary to deliver the Service — transmission, decoding, inference, temporary caching, result delivery.
• This license is limited to providing the Service and does not transfer copyright in your content.
• You may delete a generation from "My Works" at any time, which terminates the license for that item.

6. Enforcement

• For breaches we may, proportionately: warn, restrict features, withhold output, deduct or zero out credits, suspend or permanently ban the account.
• You compensate us or third parties for any loss caused by your breach.
• For suspected illegality we preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities.

7. Changes & Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service in part or whole, with prior in-app or push notice.
• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. After closure, account, credits balance and works cannot be recovered. See Privacy Policy §5 for the closure flow.
• Rights and obligations accrued during the Agreement (IP, liability for breach, etc.) survive termination.

8. Amendments

We may amend this Agreement due to legal or product changes. Amendments will be displayed prominently in-app; your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and close your account per §7.
